Quail Hunting Club

Sometimes, It’s Polite to Point Nov/Dec 2020

S.C. Wildlife magazine

By Joey Frazier    Joey is editor of SC Wildlife magazine    He took about 50 pictures for this article. He did shoot some birds when he came for a second hunt.

David was kind enough to invite me for a hunt at his place near Tuberville, South Carolina. It is a beautiful, authentic property made for Southern style quail hunting; just like the places you read about in the old stories from penned by Havilah Babcock or Nash Buckingham. The birds fly hard and the dogs are excellent, especially Bo. I have a soft spot for setters. I know you will enjoy the company and the experience.

South Carolina Wildlife magazine

Warning: Bo will ride in front seat with you from dog lot on the jeep drive to the hunting grounds.

Low country South Carolina:

Seeking new members.

We hunt beautiful piney
woods.

If you are serious about joining our club,
call me 828 413 1969 to schedule a free hunt. You pay only half the cost ($4.50 per bird) we release.

A hunt will be better than a 1,000 pictures.

Quail hunting club seeking two, three, or four new members. We stress safety first and having fun second, and third we do not try to kill every bird released.  Cost is $1750 a season that lasts from Thanksgiving until March 1st. Daily cost is $170. This is a guided hunt and we have 8 very nicely trained birddogs. Contact David Connelly for more information. 828 413 1969
